Patriot Osuagwu, Hyginus Chika hails from Imo state Nigeria.

He holds B.Eng. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt, Choba, Rivers State, Nigeria.

He is a registered member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers (MNSE) and an employee in a public sector establishment.

He is married with four children.

He is one of the founding members of the Concerned Patriots International club in 2001 and has remained a member to date.

He has held several roles in the club and is currently the Vice Chancellor.

He brings dynamism, fairness and social inclination to the club.

He loves Football, Tennis, Reading and Travelling.
